BUYERS' AGENTSAll Housebuyers agents are licensed in the
State of Texas, and we all work only for residential buyers.
All agents are members of the National Association of Realtors and of
the Austin Multiple Listing Service.
In addition, all have received the designation "Accredited Buyer
Representative" from the Real Estate Buyers' Agent Council of
NAR.
Like most Realtors, Housebuyers agents started out as sellers'
agents, so we are familiar with the "other side" of the business,
although we no longer practice it.
We love working for buyers. It is our specialty, and it's all we do!
